At Doliras, every order ships directly from our verified partners. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please review our return terms below.

What we accept
We only accept returns for items that arrive defective or faulty. To be eligible, the item must also be unworn, unused, and in its original condition — with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defective reasons; all such sales are final.

How to request a return
You must request your return within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing info@doliras.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Do not ship anything back before your request is approved — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Sending it back
Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days (one week). Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the defect, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs and processing fees are deducted from the original price, so your refund will be the item price minus those amounts. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
